Many people ask us how VoIP would benefit their business, so here are some good bullet points for the benefits/advantages of VoIP. 

  • In you have remote employees, that work from home or travel a lot, and you want to seemlessly tie them into your office phone system then VoIP would be a great fit.
  • If you have multiple offices and want to avoid paying long-distance rates to call from office-to-office or from each office to other outside phone numbers that are local to your remote offices (Toll Bypass), then VoIP would be a great fit.
  • If you want the ability to easily reach all of your employees no matter where they are at by dialing one number, then VoIP would be a great fit.
  • You you want to dial contact out of Outlook or other TAPI compliant CRM tools, then VoIP would be a good fit.
  • VoIP systems usually allow you to control your phone from your computer and give you the ability to see where everyone in your company is at (Presence).
  • If you want to integrate your mobile devices into your phone system then VoIP would be a great fit.
